Working with us
How do we start a project?
Book a consultation through the contact form or call one of our offices. We discuss your goals, then send a written proposal with scope, timeline and price.
Which countries do you serve?
France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the rest of Europe and the United States. Meetings are held by video call, and in person where practical.
Which languages do you work in?
Tell us which languages your website, campaigns or customer calls need. We confirm language support for each service in the proposal.
How are projects priced?
Projects are quoted individually based on scope. Ongoing services such as SEO, advertising management and maintenance are priced as monthly plans.
Who owns the work?
On final payment you own your website, content, designs and accounts such as Google Ads and Analytics, which are created in your business name.

Which platform do you build on?
Mostly WordPress with Elementor, which lets your team edit pages visually. Custom applications are built when a project needs them.
Can you add online booking to our existing site?
Usually, yes. Booking forms and payment can be added to most modern websites. We check compatibility first.
Is our website secure?
We follow WordPress security best practices: updated software, strong access controls, protected forms, HTTPS and backups.
Do you provide hosting?
We can recommend and configure reliable hosting, or work with your existing provider if it meets the site’s requirements.
SEO & marketing
How long does SEO take?
Technical fixes can help within weeks; content and authority usually take several months. We report progress monthly.
Can you guarantee results?
No. We do not promise rankings, traffic or revenue figures we cannot control. We commit to clear plans, careful work and honest reporting.
Do we pay Google directly for ads?
Yes. Ad spend is billed by Google to your account. Our management fee is separate.
Do you write fake reviews or buy links?
Never. Both break platform rules and can harm your business. We help you earn genuine reviews and links.
Privacy & data
How do you handle personal data from our forms?
Forms collect only what is needed, explain how data is used and send it securely. We can sign a data processing agreement where required.
Do you set up cookie consent?
Yes. Non-essential analytics and marketing tools load only after visitors consent, in line with GDPR and ePrivacy requirements.
